A Little Havana institution, El Rey de las Fritas, will expand to Doral with a new location slated to open in mid-July. The expansion marks a significant milestone for the family-owned business, which has been serving authentic Cuban fritas for more than four decades. The new restaurant promises to bring the same vibrant flavors and community spirit that have made the original location a local favorite. Founded in 1976 by José Oleaga, El Rey de las Fritas quickly became a Little Havana staple. I
