The incentive aims to support Miami-based TechNova Partners' development of a 200,000-square-foot tech campus in Fort Lauderdale's Flagler Village. Groundbreaking is scheduled for the second quarter of 2026.
The new tech campus is projected to bring approximately 1,200 high-wage jobs to the area over the next five years, according to the South Florida Bus
