A $50 million economic incentive package has been approved by Broward County commissioners to develop a new tech and innovation campus in Fort Lauderdale, according to the South Florida Business Journal. The 100-acre project, led by Miami-based developer TechHub Partners, is slated to break ground in the second quarter of 2026. The campus will focus on attracting companies specializing in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and biotechnology.
